How I got here...

I am a 45-year-old mom with three super awesome boys. I’m a trainer with a passion for helping people move well and find their strength. My hardstyle kettlebell practice has been the single most empowering endeavor in my life. It has taught me discipline and changed my physique, and in my 40s I feel better and stronger than ever!

My goal is to guide you to the greatest version of yourself. I am a StrongFirst Level II Kettlebell trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, and mobility coach. Hardstyle kettlebell training is my go-to. By encouraging, motivating, and directing I will help you through the seemingly difficult path of personal growth.

I think it’s important to share my weight loss journey. There’s definitely been a physical transformation but so much has changed along the way. Super good and super difficult but such is life.

The before pictures are from when I was 36, 37, and 38. The after pictures are from my 40s. It’s been a slow steady process but the game changer for me was food planning, adding mobility, and lots and lots of kettlebells.

I went through a period where I was not aging gracefully at all (sound familiar?). My feet hurt, my joints ached, and I had a hip issue because I was running a lot but I just assumed it was because I was getting older.

Like I said it’s been a lot of hard work but it’s actually been quite easy and sustainable. Just slow and consistent. I feel better in my 40s than I ever did in my 20s and 30s. It feels good to physically feel good. Stop using excuses like “Oh my body hurts because I’m aging”, it’s a lie!
